We are the Haasen

Tim completed his training as a distiller in the Bavarian Forest and Dortmund. He is the youngest of the family and, together with his sister Emely, would like to lead the business into the next generation. His tasks on our farm are: Harvesting, mashing, distilling. (production). His passion is wood-aged products and he is the second chef in the family. He is our dreamer and always comes up with new and crazy ideas.

Emely completed an apprenticeship as a hotel specialist. She then joined the Haas team. Here she takes care of bottling, sales, trade fairs and seminars. She is responsible for marketing and for the structure at Haas.

Our Hiasel is our internet, he knows pretty much everything. Our "delivery man" you can count on. Always has a joke up his sleeve and likes to dish it out. He attends trade fairs and can also be found in the shop from time to time. We like to leave the "computer stuff" to him.

The maker of the family. It is because of him that we are all standing here today. He is the founder of Edelbrennerei Haas GmbH & Co KG. He always gives good advice.

He completed his apprenticeship in Weihenstephan as a fruit technician and distiller. He then turned his parents' business into what it is today. He is a distiller with passion and conviction and, above all, he is deeply rooted in Franconian tradition and nature. To compensate, he spoils us daily with food that deserves at least 3 stars.

Our Manu is the heart of the family and the business. Always there for everyone, always ready to listen. She's our nurse when something goes wrong.

We affectionately call her our "office chick", although she likes the office less than the shop. She is passionate about advising our customers and loves the daily dialogue. She also looks after our small ranch of chickens, pigs, sheep etc. She is our all-rounder. She is our all-rounder.

Grandad Schorsch is the bedrock and origin of everything. He is a source of ideas and a creative mind when we get stuck. His many ideas and advice are immeasurably close to our hearts. As a gardening professional with green fingers, he makes sure that our courtyard is always well cared for - so there is always something beautiful to look at.

In the early days, she took care of the bookkeeping and was the contact person for bottling and packaging. She kept the shop running with total dedication. Today, our grandma Liesl makes sure that we are always surrounded by sweet treats; delicious cakes and desserts conjured up from our own plums, pears, apples etc. She provides us with plenty of food and much more after every harvest. Our Oskar is a Lagotto Romagnolo / Italian water dog and has been enriching our lives with his stubborn nature since 2021. He is full of vigour and enthusiasm during the fruit harvest and always tries to help out diligently.

Thanks to his daily explorations, he probably knows the house and farm best of all of us. He's our worry wart for the whole family and puts a smile on your face even on a bad day.
