Most of the harvest is done, now only plums are left on the harvest plan. 🗓️

For a few years now, you can also find the Red Williams in our orchards and not only as a fruit, but also as a finished brandy in our shop.
🍐The pear is medium-sized, red and very juicy.
🍐They have a sweet, aromatic flavour.
🍐Harvest is from mid-August.

The last days of summer need to be savoured to the full, and the best way to do this is of course with an ice-cold aperitif.

Last week alone, @edelbrennerei_haas delivered 300kg of great Spindlinge, Löhr plums, Reneclauden and Mirabelle plums to the AURA restaurant. We are happy to be able to deliver great fruit again and thank you for the excellent, long-standing cooperation! 🤝🏼
